The sliding hopper is equipped with a dosing screw and enables operation in loop with all shredders: the material enters a processing circle consisting of a shredder and screen and exits only when its fractions reach the established size.

Disc Screen Description

 The Disc Screen consists of rotating discs for separating wastes through the clearance between the discs depending upon the size and the weight of the waste while the wastes move on the rotation discs.

10 to 20 discs are mounted on a long shaft depending on the working width of the screen and the number of the shafts are depending on the capacity of the screen.

These shafts simultaneously rotate by the driving force of the motor.

The screen holes of other size screens are easily clogged by wet wastes due to moisture.

The disc screen minimizes the clogging by the rotation movement of the discs.

Configuration in line after the shredder

Both the stationary screen and the mobile screener are placed in recycling lines after the shredder to separate the ground material into its different fractions.

This makes it possible to take advantage of multiple fractions of the recyclable waste processed.

The screener can also be equipped with diesel or electric drives, which means that it can either operate outdoors or indoors where zero harmful emissions are required.

Configuration in a line before the shredder

Both the stationary screen and the mobile screener can be placed before the shredder in the case of mixed materials to be separated before the shredding process.

An example is the processing of C&D (Construction and Demolition) or C&I (Commercial and Industrial), where the screen separates the fraction with commercial value from waste inert to prevent it from mixing during the shredding phase.

This prevents contamination of the valuable material and reduces wear on the shredder.

Configuration in line between a primary and a secondary shredder

In this scenario, either the stationary screen or the mobile screener is positioned between two shredders to process large quantities of material with the need to remove any dirt likely to produce excessive wear from the shredded material before the secondary shredder; size the clean and finished material (RDF -refuse derived fuel- or Woodchips) as an intermediate fraction; send clean and larger fractions to the secondary shredder.

The efficiency of screens enables the use of a less powerful secondary shredder.

Application & Process:

The Tippler-Lifting and tipping device is a hydraulic device which is having an arm used for lifting and turning FBD bowl by 180. Thus it is used to unload fluid bed dryer bowl material in to Cone mill OR Multi mill OR Oscillating granulator in a dust free way for downsizing or dry milling. The operation is completely dust free and eliminates manual handling or scooping. The FBD Bowl is placed beneath the Tipper. The inverted cone of the Tipper is lowered so that the brim flange of the bowl touches the inverted cone. Both are clamped together with quick fixing clamps. The whole assembly is raised.

Capacity available 30 Kg to 600 Kg.

Unloaded material with inline process with cone mill, granulator with IBC Bin for dust free process. Fully automatic system, with hydraulic lifting and tipping arrangement for quick and easy handling Eliminates tedious and unhygienic manual handling of products.

Tilting arrangement with a single point pivot ensures GMP with ease of operations. 180 degree swiveling of vertical mast with vertical lift and tippling ensures motion in all three dimensions as required. Discharge cone is fitted with a 250mm diameter butterfly valve at bottom with silicone rubber seat.

Can be provided with pneumatic actuator for opening or closing butterfly valve without reaching for it by pneumatic controls.

Hydraulic power pack can be mounted over the service floor so the column of the tipper acts as pendent and through the hollow pivot shaft, hydraulic lines along with electric cables can travel above the working area slab. Suitable view glass window provided on the conical tapering portion of the tipper, which acts like a view window.

This is where waste is initially loaded onto the trommel for processing.

Feed Conveyors: A conveyor system transports the waste materials onto the trommel screen. This system ensures a consistent and steady flow of waste into the machine.

Trommel Screen: Trommel screen is installed in a small angle with the input end a little higher than the output end. Material fed into the trommel screen is lifted up by the rotation and aerated as it falls back down.

This action is repeated with each revolution along the length of the drum. The smaller fractions pass through the screen openings while the larger fractions tumble towards its eventual exit at the rear of the drum.

Process Conveyor: Smaller particles like fines and smaller recyclables, fall through the holes from the Trommel drum and are usually directed in process conveyor.

Reject Conveyor: After materials are separated by the trommel, they are directed towards specific discharge conveyor belts.

These Conveyor guide the materials to their respective sorting or processing areas.

Control Panel: A control panel allows operators to manage and monitor the machine's operation.

It includes controls for the motor, speed settings, and other operational parameters.
