An incinerator is a furnace for burning waste. Modern incinerators include pollution mitigation equipment such as flue gas cleaning. There are various types of incinerator plant design: moving grate, fixed grate, rotary-kiln, fluidized bed. We supply a broad range of Incinerators including air pollution control systems and air pollution control devices. A typical incinerator is dual chambered refractory lined furnace. The two chamber work under varying conditions of temperature, pressure and combustion configuration. The primary chamber operates under '' Starved Air'' or Pyrolysis mode and the Secondary chamber works under ''Excess Air'' mode. The incineration chambers are lined on the inside with hot face-high alumina refractory and cold face-insulation bricks with sturdy steel frame on the outside. High combination efficiency is ensured by dedicated chamber temperature interlocked Oil / Natural Gas fired automatic burners. Every incinerator is provided with a tailor made flue gas management system to remove gaseous pollutants before discharge to the atmosphere. |

JKA-230 : Incinerators are very useful to destroy the infectious waste materia! generated at health-care facilities. These are of double wall construction, duly insulated with high efficiency ceramic wool/bricks. Heating elements are of special design and are made from Kenthal/ Nichrome wire. Separate doors are provided for waste burning chamber & for ash collecting tray. A chimney is provided for emission of fumes. The chamber temperature is controlled by solid state digital temperature controller cum indicator.
Thermistor controlled electrical system disengages itself after the temperature inside the chamber reaches the set temperature, which is around 700-900°C, and there after heat is generated by burning of wastes due to exothermic during process. This assists in saving electrical energy. Easy to instaiS & operate and extremely durable equipment.
