JST-3 : Useful to conduct experiments on plant growth in certain controlled environmental conditions. Double walled construction, inner made of anodized aluminium or stainless steel sheet and outer made of mild steel sheet duly finished in powder coated. In addition to a double walled outer door. A full-view clear acrylic door has been provided for inspection of material without disturbing chamber conditions. Three perforated adjustable shelves are provided. Temperature range from 5°C to 50°C ± 2°C is controlled by a Digital Temperature Controller and Indicator. Heating is achieved by insulated elements and cooling by a sealed compressor unit. Inner cyclic illumination is controlled by a 0-24 hrs. Timer and light intensity by a controller.

"TEKNIK" Incinerator JKA-230 :

Incinerators are very useful to destroy the infectious waste material generated at health-care facilities. These are of double wall construction, duly insulated with high efficiency ceramic wool/bricks. Heating elements are of special design and are made from Kenthal/Nichrome wire. Separate doors are provided for waste burning chamber & for ash collecting tray. A chimney is provided for emission of fumes. The chamber temperature is controlled by solid state digital temperature controller cum indicator.

Thermistor controlled electrical system disengages itself after the temperature inside the chamber reaches the set temperature, which is around 700-900°C, and there after heat is generated by burning of wastes due to exothermic during process. Freeze Dryer covers a range of application from multi user centralised laboratory applications, pilot plant determination work etc. It is a free standing, castor mounted unit with a fully accessible cabinet. It is supplied with a powerful vacuum pump. Standard Laboratory Model with Hermetically sealed reputed make compressor gives temperature upto -40°C. Condenser trap is provided at nonmagnetic stainless steel dished bottom for complete effluent removal.

Refrigerant coils made of copper are heavily insulated for maximum efficiency. Temperature is adjustable upto -40°C and is maintained automatically by digital temp. controller. Vacuum drum having 22.8 cm dia and 25.4 cm height is made up of nonmagnetic stainless steel with plexi glass top cover and incorporates 6/8/12 quick seal valves/ports for manifold drying having 12.5 mm outer dia provided for quick drying. Automatically checks on blood flow and blood collection with audio/visual alarm for high.and low blood flow.

LCD display shows following parameters at a time:

1. Set volume of blood.

2. Shows volume of blood in a bag during collection.

3. Shows blood flow i.e. normal, high, low.

4. Shows time taken for the collection of set volume of blood.

Clamp gets operated automatically or manually to stop the blood flow collection when the set volume of blood is collected. PAUSE function is provided to temporary stop the flow of blood collection, but at the same time agitation will continue.
